Nehemiah eCommunity Connect Meeting 2.0
What are the 12 Leadership Defining Moments?
Designed specifically for biblical entrepreneurs, marketplace stewards, and ministry leaders who are actively in the arena of leadership, Patrice will share part of his transformative lecture series that explores the crucible moments that ultimately qualify or disqualify a leader.
Moving beyond standard management theories, this series is built upon a firm scriptural foundation, beginning with the four defining principles of the leadership pyramid: Service, Responsibility, Delegation, and Accountability. From this operational bedrock, we will dive deep into a 12-part framework modeled after the earthly ministry of Jesus Christ, learning how to navigate intense personal and professional crucibles.
Each lecture unpacks several specific defining moments—ranging from the hidden battles of Temptation, Isolation, and Inadequacy to the overt marketplace pressures of Limited Resources, Unjust Accusations, Betrayal, and the distinct spiritual dangers that accompany Great Accomplishments. Through rigorous strategic analysis and spiritually grounded biblical parallels, this lecture series equips leaders to withstand the heat of the marketplace fire, protect the integrity of their vision, and transform their deepest leadership trials into supernatural catalysts for kingdom impact.

This month's Featured Entrepreneur is Dave Blanchard
Dave Blanchard is a marketing executive and entrepreneur with a 26-year career at a Fortune 50 technology company, where he led across a broad range of business units and market-facing roles. Today he serves as a Fractional CMO with yorCMO, helping small and mid-sized businesses build the marketing infrastructure and growth strategies that larger companies take for granted. Through his own consulting practice he has worked with more than 300 small businesses, and he brings that same commitment to community through his volunteer work with SCORE and his board service with Cascadia Tech, a nonprofit dedicated to equipping the next generation with technical, trade, and life skills.
Dignified Meals brings these threads together. Dave’s experience in marketing, growth strategy, and technology gives him a clear view of what it takes to build a platform that scales — but it’s his conviction that food security is a foundation for self-sufficiency, not a handout, that drives this project. He believes that the same tools used to grow businesses can be pointed at one of our community’s most urgent needs — and that when donors and recipients are connected with trust and dignity, everyone moves forward.
