Joseph Hunt is a young entrepreneur, author, and health and life coach. He has been a top performer in business and sales for over 12 years and has been running his current business, Rise Life Academy, for nearly 5 years where he has coached hundreds of business owners and ministry leaders to find wholeness, top performance, and personal transformation by creating consistent self-care rhythms in their health and wellness.

After Jonathan Nyone graduated with an engineering management degree, he worked in residential construction sales until meeting a future colleague at DAY CPM (an Otak division). Jonathan learned about the owner’s rep profession, which appealed to Jonathan's passion for problem solving and the rest was history. Recognized as a Phenom Under 40 by the Daily Journal of Commerce in 2018, Jonathan has promoted more active involvement with M/WDBEs on projects.His project, the Portland Building reconstruction, contains the most diverse sub-consultant team Otak has ever had. As the project’s social equity work group lead, he represents the City of Portland in meetings; interfaces with procurement, sub-consultants, and the equity oversight firm (FM Burch & Associates); and explores outreach opportunities. Jonathan serves on Otak’s Rising Together team, which advises our firm on how to create an equitable, inclusive workforce. He serves meals on Saturdays to the homeless community and has co-led an addiction and recovery program and a young adult group. Jonathan enjoys fostering great teams which he believes are born when team members align to a common vision.
