In the early 1990's Bill was one of Oregon's most wanted fugitives.  He will tell the riveting story of how his life went from making Methamphetamines in motel rooms and high speed police chases to a conversion under a remarkable set of circumstances leading to becoming one of Teen Challenge's biggest success stories.  You will want to hear this life changing story in Bill's own words.
