Kyle is the author of Remembership: New Thinking for Tomorrow's Membership Organization\, and is working on his second book\, Business Tips From Experts You've Never Heard Of.\n\n \n\n Kyle is also the Director of Business Development for the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce\, a private non-profit membership organization which works to ensure a strong local economy where businesses can prosper\, and families can live\, work\, play and shop.
